This creamy ricotta pie is the kind of dessert that anyone who tries it will never forget!


  • 1 egg and 1 yolk

  • 100 grams of butter

  • 1 cup (tea) and 1/2 of wheat flour

  • 1/2 cup (tea) of sugar

  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

  • 3 eggs

  • 300 grams of ricotta

  • 1 can of condensed milk

  • 1 can of cream

  • 1 cup of cream cheese (200 grams)


  • Place the egg and yolk with the sugar in a container and mix. 
    Add the butter and beat well. 
    Add the wheat flour and baking powder little by little while beating the ingredients.
  • Incorporate the ingredients until you form a smooth dough that does not stick to your hands. 
    Distribute the dough evenly over the bottom and sides of a pie base pan and set aside.
  • In a blender place the sifted eggs, cream, condensed milk, cream cheese and ricotta. 
    Beat until homogenized and pour the mixture over the dough.
  • Bake the pie in a preheated oven at 200º₢ for approximately one hour. 
    Remove dessert and wait to cool at room temperature. 
    Serve the creamy ricotta pie warm or leave it in the fridge for a few hours to consume cold.
