Ingredients
1 egg and 1 yolk
100 grams of butter
1 cup (tea) and 1/2 of wheat flour
1/2 cup (tea) of sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
3 eggs
300 grams of ricotta
1 can of condensed milk
1 can of cream
1 cup of cream cheese (200 grams)
Directions
- Place the egg and yolk with the sugar in a container and mix.
Add the butter and beat well.
Add the wheat flour and baking powder little by little while beating the ingredients. - Incorporate the ingredients until you form a smooth dough that does not stick to your hands.
Distribute the dough evenly over the bottom and sides of a pie base pan and set aside. - In a blender place the sifted eggs, cream, condensed milk, cream cheese and ricotta.
Beat until homogenized and pour the mixture over the dough. - Bake the pie in a preheated oven at 200º₢ for approximately one hour.
Remove dessert and wait to cool at room temperature.
Serve the creamy ricotta pie warm or leave it in the fridge for a few hours to consume cold.
