Ingredients

  • 1 ½ liter of water

  • 3 tablespoons of margarine

  • 2 tablespoons powdered chicken stock

  • 1 ¼ cup of pre-cooked cornmeal

  • 2 ½ teacups of water

  • 50 grams of grated parmesan cheese

  • Salt to taste

  • ½ cup chopped chives/parsley

Directions

  • In a pan on the fire, add 1 ½ liters of water;
  • Add 3 tablespoons of margarine;
  • Add 2 tablespoons powdered chicken broth;
  • Let it boil;
  • In a refractory, add 1 ¼ cup of pre-cooked cornmeal tea;
  • Add 2 ½ cups of water and mix;
  • Transfer to the pan with boiling water;
  • Cook for 5 minutes over low heat;
  • Mix;
  • Add 50 grams of grated Parmesan cheese;
  • Add salt to taste;
  • Your Creamy Polenta is ready!
