1 ½ liter of water
3 tablespoons of margarine
2 tablespoons powdered chicken stock
1 ¼ cup of pre-cooked cornmeal
2 ½ teacups of water
50 grams of grated parmesan cheese
Salt to taste
½ cup chopped chives/parsley
Directions
- In a pan on the fire, add 1 ½ liters of water;
- Add 3 tablespoons of margarine;
- Add 2 tablespoons powdered chicken broth;
- Let it boil;
- In a refractory, add 1 ¼ cup of pre-cooked cornmeal tea;
- Add 2 ½ cups of water and mix;
- Transfer to the pan with boiling water;
- Cook for 5 minutes over low heat;
- Mix;
- Add 50 grams of grated Parmesan cheese;
- Add salt to taste;
