Ingredients
500 ml of water
1 chopped medium pineapple
1 pineapple or colorless gelatin
1/2 box of condensed milk
1/2 cup (tea) of sugar
2 boxes of sour cream
Directions
- Place the chopped pineapple, sugar and water in a pan, mix and cook for 15 minutes.
- Add the gelatin and mix until completely dissolved.
Add condensed milk, cream and mix again. - Transfer the entire mixture to a refractory and leave it in the fridge for at least 4 hours, or until it is firm.
- Serve the creamy ice-cold pineapple dessert in pots or bowls of your choice.
