milk – one liter
egg – 3 pcs
margarine – 3 tablespoons
grated cheese – 40g
sugar – 2 cups of 200ml (total 400ml)
cornmeal – a cup of 200ml
wheat flour – 1/2 cup (100ml)
shredded coconut – 50g
yeast – one tablespoon
Directions
- In a blender, add milk – one liter;
- Add egg – 3 pcs;
- Add margarine – 3 tablespoons;
- Add grated cheese – 40g;
- Add sugar – 2 cups of 200ml (total 400ml);
- Add cornmeal – a 200ml cup;
- Add wheat flour – 1/2 cup (100ml);
- Beat well;
- Add grated coconut – 50g;
- Add yeast – one tablespoon;
- Beat a little;
- Transfer to a greased and infarcted shape;
- Take to preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 40 minutes;
