Ingredients

  • Filling
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 chopped onion

  • 3 minced garlic cloves

  • 1 chopped tomato

  • 1 cooked and shredded chicken breast (about 600g)

  • 10 chopped olives

  • 1 cup of cottage cheese (200g)

  • 1 box of cream (200g)

  • Salt to taste

  • Black pepper to taste

  • Paprika to taste

  • Green smell to taste

  • Puree and finish
  • 800g potatoes (about 4 medium potatoes)

  • 3 tablespoons butter (36g)

  • 3/4 cup milk (180 ml)

  • Salt and black pepper to taste

  • Green smell to taste

  • 200g of mozzarella

  • Oregano to taste

Directions

  • Filling
  • In a pan, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil;
  • Add 1 chopped onion;
  • Fry until it becomes transparent;
  • Add 3 minced garlic cloves;
  • Saute for another 1 minute;
  • Add 1 diced tomato;
  • Refo until the tomato is soft;
  • Add salt and kingdom pepper to taste;
  • Mix;
  • Add 1 cooked and shredded chicken breast (about 600g);
  • Season with salt, kingdom pepper and paprika;
  • Mix well;
  • Add 10 chopped olives;
  • Add 1 cup of cottage cheese (200g);
  • Add 1 box of cream (200g);
  • Add green smell to taste;
  • Mix well;
  • Mashed potato
  • In a pot on the fire with water, add 800g of potato (about 4 medium potatoes);
  • Cover and let cook until soft (approximately 15 minutes);
  • Drain the water;
  • Love the potatoes;
  • Add 3 tablespoons (36g) of butter;
  • Add 3/4 cup milk (180ml);
  • Tempere with salt, kingdom pepper and green smell;
  • Mix well;
  • In a refractory, add the chicken;
  • Add 1 layer of mozzarella;
  • Add mashed potatoes;
  • Add 1 more layer of mozzarella;
  • Add oregano to taste;
  • Take to preheated oven at 200 degrees for approximately 20 minutes (until cheese gratin);
