Ingredients

  • Egg 4 units

  • Oil ¾ cup (180 mL)

  • Milk 1 cup (240 mL)

  • Sugar 1 and 1/3 cup (240g)

  • Flake 2 and 1/2 cups (250g)

  • Chemical yeast 1 tablespoon (15g)

  • Chopped Guava 200g

  • Water 1/2 cup (120 mL) approximately

Directions

  • In a blender, add Egg 4 units;
  • Add Oil ¾ cup (180 mL);
  • Add Milk 1 cup (240 mL);
  • Add Sugar 1 1/3 cup (240g);
  • Add Flocão 2 and 1/2 cups (250g);
  • Beat well;
  • Add Chemical Yeast 1 tbsp (15g)
  • Mix;
  • Transfer the mass to a greased and infarcted shape;
  • Take to preheated oven at 200 degrees for approximately 40 minutes;
  • In a pan over low heat, add 200g chopped Guava;
  • Add Water approximately 1/2 cup (120 mL);
  • Mix until melted;
  • Add the syrup over the cake;
