Ingredients
Egg 4 units
Oil ¾ cup (180 mL)
Milk 1 cup (240 mL)
Sugar 1 and 1/3 cup (240g)
Flake 2 and 1/2 cups (250g)
Chemical yeast 1 tablespoon (15g)
Chopped Guava 200g
Water 1/2 cup (120 mL) approximately
Directions
- In a blender, add Egg 4 units;
- Add Oil ¾ cup (180 mL);
- Add Milk 1 cup (240 mL);
- Add Sugar 1 1/3 cup (240g);
- Add Flocão 2 and 1/2 cups (250g);
- Beat well;
- Add Chemical Yeast 1 tbsp (15g)
- Mix;
- Transfer the mass to a greased and infarcted shape;
- Take to preheated oven at 200 degrees for approximately 40 minutes;
- In a pan over low heat, add 200g chopped Guava;
- Add Water approximately 1/2 cup (120 mL);
- Mix until melted;
- Add the syrup over the cake;
