For your condensed milk cake to be fluffy and tasty, use the ingredients below and follow the instructions in the preparation method.

Ingredients

  • Eggs 3 pcs

  • Oil 1/4 cup (60 mL)

  • Condensed milk 1 can (390g)

  • Milk 1/3 cup (80 mL)

  • 1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour (180g)

  • Chemical yeast 1/2 tbsp (7g)

Directions

  • In a bowl, add Eggs 3 units;
  • Add Oil 1/4 cup (60 mL);
  • Beat well;
  • Add condensed milk 1 can (390g);
  • Add Milk 1/3 cup (80 mL);
  • Mix;
  • Add 1 1/2 cup (180g) all-purpose flour;
  • Mix;
  • Add Chemical yeast 1/2 tbsp (7g);
  • Mix;
  • Transfer the mass to a greased and infarcted shape;
  • Take to preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 35 minutes;
  • Your Condensed Milk Cake is ready!
