For your bean broth to be perfect, use these ingredients from the list below and follow the preparation step-by-step.

Ingredients

  • 200g of pepperoni

  • 200g of bacon

  • 1/2 onion

  • 2 garlic cloves

  • 100g pure pork sausage

  • 400g cooked beans

  • Quail Eggs (to taste)

  • 1 tablespoon pork lard

  • 2 bay leaves

  • Salt to taste

Directions

  • In a pan on the fire, add the pork lard and let it melt;
  • Add the cut sausage and fry until golden brown;
  • Add chopped bacon;
  • Mix and fry until golden;
  • Add the chopped pepperoni until golden;
  • Add chopped onion;
  • Mix and let it fry;
  • Add minced garlic;
  • In a blender, add the cooked beans;
  • Add some water;
  • Beat well;
  • Add the beaten broth to the pan;
  • Mix;
  • Add bay leaf;
  • Add quail eggs;
  • Leave it in the fire for 5 to 7 minutes until it thickens;
  • Your complete bean broth is ready!
