200g of pepperoni
200g of bacon
1/2 onion
2 garlic cloves
100g pure pork sausage
400g cooked beans
Quail Eggs (to taste)
1 tablespoon pork lard
2 bay leaves
Salt to taste
Directions
- In a pan on the fire, add the pork lard and let it melt;
- Add the cut sausage and fry until golden brown;
- Add chopped bacon;
- Mix and fry until golden;
- Add the chopped pepperoni until golden;
- Add chopped onion;
- Mix and let it fry;
- Add minced garlic;
- In a blender, add the cooked beans;
- Add some water;
- Beat well;
- Add the beaten broth to the pan;
- Mix;
- Add bay leaf;
- Add quail eggs;
- Leave it in the fire for 5 to 7 minutes until it thickens;
- Your complete bean broth is ready!
