150g melted semisweet chocolate
200g of cream (1 box)
390g condensed milk (1 can)
240 mL warm milk (1 cup)
50g chocolate powder (5 tablespoons)
12g unflavored gelatin (1 envelope)
75 mL of Water (5 tablespoons)
Directions
- Hydrate the tasteless jello with 5 tablespoons of water;
- In a blender, add 200 g of cream (1 box);
- Add 390g of condensed milk (1 can);
- Add 150g of melted semisweet chocolate;
- Add 240 mL of warm milk (1 cup);
- Add 50g of chocolate powder (5 tablespoons);
- Beat well;
- Heat the hydrated gelatin for 15 seconds in the microwave and add it to the blender;
- Knock again;
- Transfer the mixture to a greased shape with oil;
- Take to the fridge for 4 to 5 hours;
