4 chicken fillets
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons wheat flour
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup (240 ml) chicken broth
2 tablespoons dijon mustard
2 tablespoons of honey
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup (100g) sliced ​​almonds
Directions
- Season the chicken fillets with salt and pepper and sprinkle with wheat flour.
- Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and fry the chicken fillets until golden brown on both sides.
- Remove the fillets from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the chicken broth, mustard and honey.
- Mix well and bring to a boil.
