Ingredients
Olive oil 2 tablespoons (26 mL)
Chopped onion 1 piece
Green corn 1 can (200g)
Cottage cheese 1 pot (200g)
Boiled and shredded chicken breast 1 unit (+or- 500g)
Sour cream 1 can (300g)
Salt to taste
Grated mozzarella cheese 150g
Shoestring potatoes
Directions
- In a pan on the fire, add olive oil 2 tablespoons (26 mL);
- Add chopped Onion 1 unit;
- Let it gold;
- Add green corn 1 can (200g);
- Add Cottage cheese 1 pot (200g);
- Add cream 1 can (300g);
- Mix;
- Beat with a mixer or in a blender;
- Add cooked and shredded chicken breast 1 unit (+or- 500g);
- Add 1 pinch of salt;
- Mix well;
- Transfer to a refractory;
- Add grated mozzarella cheese 150g;
- Take it to the oven at 200 degrees for approximately 20 minutes (until the cheese melts or gratins);
- Add straw potato to taste;
- Your chicken fricassee is ready!
