3 cups (tea) of sour starch (420g)
1 cup (tea) boiling water (210ml)
2 cans of cream (400g)
1/2 cup (tea) parmesan cheese (60g)
1/2 cup (tea) of provolone cheese (55g)
1/2 cup (tea) semi-cured cheese (65g)
1/2 cup (tea) grated mozzarella cheese or gorgonzola (70g)
1 teaspoon(s) of salt
Directions
- In a bowl, add 3 cups (tea) of sour starch (420g);
- Add 1 cup (tea) of boiling water (210ml) while mixing;
- Mix and knead well;
- Add 2 boxes of cream (400g);
- Add 1/2 cup (tea) of parmesan cheese (60g);
- Add 1/2 cup (tea) of provolone cheese (55g);
- Add 1/2 cup (tea) of semi-cure cheese (65g);
- Add 1/2 cup (tea) of grated mozzarella cheese or gorgonzola (70g);
- Add 1 teaspoon salt;
- Mix and knead well;
- Oil your hands;
- Make polka dots;
- Transfer to a greased and infarcted roast;
- Take to preheated oven at 200 degrees for approximately 40 minutes (until golden);
