Ingredients
- Dough
750 grams of cabbage
75 grams of wheat flour (2/3 cup)
2 onions
2 whole eggs
4 to 5 garlic cloves
chili pepper to taste
black pepper to taste
thyme to taste
olive oil to taste
oil to taste
salt to taste
- Yogurt Sauce
150ml yogurt (2/3 cup)
2 crushed garlic cloves
parsley to taste
salt to taste
Directions
- Chop the cabbage and steam it for 10 minutes.
Cut the onion into cubes and saute it in a frying pan with a little oil, stirring constantly.
Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté well. - Combine the stew with the cabbage in a container and place the thyme, wheat flour, salt, black pepper, red pepper, eggs and mix well.
- Preheat a frying pan with a little oil, shape the dumplings and fry them until golden on both sides.
Remove cabbage fritters and transfer to a plate lined with paper towels. - Prepare the sauce by mixing the yogurt, crushed garlic, chopped parsley, salt to taste and serve with the cabbage balls.
