Let’s make this Blender Pepperoni Bread!


  • 3 small or 2 large eggs

  • 3 cups wheat flour (tea)

  • 2 tablespoons of sugar

  • 2 tablespoons of oil

  • 1 cup (tea) and 1/2 of milk

  • 1 tablespoon salt

  • 1 chopped calabrese sausage

  • 10 grams of biological yeast

  • Pepperoni chopped to taste to decorate


  • Put the eggs, salt, milk, sugar and oil in the blender. 
    Beat for 2 to 3 minutes and set aside.
  • In a bowl add the sifted flour, baking powder and mix. 
    Add the liquid mixture and mix well with a whisk. 
    Put the chopped pepperoni and mix again.
  • Grease a mold with oil and flour, add the dough and sprinkle chopped pepperoni on top. 
    Cover with a cloth and let the dough rest for 30 minutes to rise.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180º₢ for approximately 35 to 40 minutes. 
    Wait to cool down a bit before unmolding and the pepperoni bread is ready to cut and serve.
