Blender Panettone (without kneading)

Ingredients
3 eggs
1/2 cup (200 ml cup) sugar
4 tablespoons of butter or margarine
250 ml of warm water
1 sachet instant dry yeast
1 tablespoon panettone essence
500 grams of wheat flour
1 pinch of salt
300 grams of candied fruit and raisins
Directions
- In a blender, add 3 eggs;
- Beat a little;
- Add 1/2 cup of tea (200 ml cup) of sugar;
- Add 4 tablespoons butter or margarine;
- Add 250 ml of warm water;
- Add 1 sachet of dry instant yeast;
- Add 1 tablespoon of panettone essence;
- Beat for 2 minutes;
- Transfer the dough to a bowl;
- Add 500 grams of wheat flour little by little while mixing;
- Add 1 pinch of salt;
- Mix;
- Add 300 grams of candied fruit and raisins;
- Mix;
- Cover and let rest for 40 minutes;
- Mix again;
- Transfer to shapes (up to half as it will grow);
- Add candied fruit on top;
- Cover again and let rest for 40 minutes;
- Take to preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 30 minutes (until golden);
- Your homemade blender panettone is ready!
