3/4 cup oil (tea)
1 cup (tea) of sugar
3/4 cup (tea) cocoa powder (50% cocoa)
1 cup of water (warm)
1 and 1/2 cup wheat flour (tea)
1 and 1/2 teaspoon yeast
1/2 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
- Chocolate syrup
1 cup (tea) of sugar
1 cup cocoa powder (50% cocoa)
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 cups of milk (tea)
Directions
- Pasta
- In a blender, add 3 eggs;
- Add 3/4 cup (tea) of oil;
- Add 1 cup (tea) of sugar;
- Beat for 2 minutes;
- Add 3/4 cup (tea) of powdered chocolate (50% cocoa);
- Add 1 cup (tea) of warm water;
- Beat more;
- Add 1 and 1/2 cup (tea) of wheat flour;
- Beat just to embed;
- Add 1 and 1/2 teaspoon of yeast;
- Add 1/2 teaspoon of sodium bicarbonate;
- Beat just to mix;
- Transfer to a greased shape and sprinkled with chocolate powder;
- Take to preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 30 minutes;
- Chocolate syrup
- In a pan, add 1 cup (tea) of sugar;
- Add 1 cup (tea) of powdered chocolate (50% cocoa);
- Add 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter;
- Add 2 cups (tea) of milk;
- Bring to a boil;
- When it starts to boil, lower the heat and cook for 10 minutes (stir occasionally);
- Pierce the cake with a fork;
- Add half of frosting on top;
- Let the rest of the icing cool and add;
- Your chocolate cake is ready!
