Ingredients
3 cups of cooked beans
1 1/2 water approximately
1/2 package of pasta of your choice
1/2 onion
5 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon smoked or sweet paprika
1 teaspoon chimichurri seasoning
1 large carrot
1 large zucchini
1 tablespoon of oil
1 sachet of tomato sauce (optional)
Directions
- In a pressure cooker, add 1 strand of oil;
- Add 1/2 chopped onion and let it brown;
- Add 5 minced garlic cloves and let it gold;
- Add 1 large chopped carrot;
- Add salt to taste;
- Add 1 teaspoon chimichurri seasoning;
- Add 1/2 teaspoon smoked or sweet paprika;
- Mix;
- Add 1 glass of water and let it cook a little;
- Add 1 large chopped zucchini;
- Blend 3 cups of cooked beans in a blender and add;
- Let it boil;
- Let it boil;
- Add 1 sachet of tomato sauce (optional);
- Add 1/2 package of pasta of your choice;
- Let cook for 6 minutes;
