Apple pie is a dessert classic that makes our day deliciously sweet!


  • 3 whole eggs

  • 1 apple

  • 1 lemon

  • 200 grams of sour cream

  • 2 cups (tea) and 1/2 of wheat flour

  • 1 tablespoon chemical yeast

  • 1 cup (tea) of sugar

  • 1 pinch of cinnamon powder

  • 1 pinch of salt

  • Icing sugar (optional)


  • In a container place the eggs, salt, cinnamon powder and mix very well with a fuê. 
    Add sugar, sour cream, oil and mix again.
  • Add the wheat flour (sift if you prefer), the yeast and mix lightly until the dough is homogeneous. 
    Put the lemon juice and mix some more.
  • Pour the dough into a greased and floured English cake form, spread it with a spoon and set aside.
  • Cut the apples in half and remove the middle with a knife. 
    Cut the apples into thin slices, place them on top of the cake batter, sinking them slightly and sprinkle sugar on top.
  • Preheat the oven to 180º₢ and bake the apple pie for approximately 40 minutes, until it is lightly golden on the outside.
  • Wait for the apple pie to cool down at room temperature, finish sprinkling powdered sugar on top if you prefer and the dessert is ready to serve.
