4 apples
120mL oil (1/2 cup)
3 eggs
80g oat flour (1 cup)
80g rolled oats (1 cup)
170g brown sugar (1 cup)
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
15g of chemical yeast (1 tablespoon)
Directions
- Peel the apples and reserve the peels;
- Chop the apples;
- In a blender, add 3 eggs;
- Add 120mL oil (1/2 cup);
- Add 170g brown sugar (1 cup);
- Add the apple peels;
- Beat well;
- Transfer the dough to a bowl;
- Add 80g oat flour (1 cup);
- Add 80g rolled oats (1 cup);
- Add chopped apples;
- Mix well;
- Add 15g of chemical yeast (1 tablespoon);
- Mix;
- Transfer the dough to an oiled and floured baking dish with a mixture of cinnamon, brown sugar and oat flour;
- Add cinnamon, brown sugar, and oatmeal mixture on top;
- Take to preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 35 minutes;
