For your cheese bread to be perfect, you will need to use the ingredients from the list below. 
Follow the step-by-step preparation method so you don’t have a mistake!

Ingredients

  • 3 cups (tea) of sour starch (420g)

  • 1 cup (tea) boiling water (210ml)

  • 2 cans of cream (400g)

  • 1/2 cup (tea) parmesan cheese (60g)

  • 1/2 cup (tea) of provolone cheese (55g)

  • 1/2 cup (tea) semi-cured cheese (65g)

  • 1/2 cup (tea) grated mozzarella cheese or gorgonzola (70g)

  • 1 teaspoon(s) of salt

Directions

  • In a bowl, add 3 cups (tea) of sour starch (420g);
  • Add 1 cup (tea) of boiling water (210ml) while mixing;
  • Mix and knead well;
  • Add 2 boxes of cream (400g);
  • Add 1/2 cup (tea) of parmesan cheese (60g);
  • Add 1/2 cup (tea) of provolone cheese (55g);
  • Add 1/2 cup (tea) of semi-cure cheese (65g);
  • Add 1/2 cup (tea) of grated mozzarella cheese or gorgonzola (70g);
  • Add 1 teaspoon salt;
  • Mix and knead well;
  • Oil your hands;
  • Make polka dots;
  • Transfer to a greased and infarcted roast;
  • Take to preheated oven at 200 degrees for approximately 40 minutes (until golden);
  • Your cheese bread is ready!
