Milk 1/3 cup (80 mL)
Oil 1/4 cup (60 mL)
Lemon Juice ⅓ cup (80 mL)
Sugar 1 cup (180g)
1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour (180g)
Zest of 1 lemon
Chemical yeast 2 teaspoons (10g)

1 cup (140g) icing sugar
Lemon Juice 1 1/2 tbsp (22 mL)
Zest of 1 lemon
Directions
- Pasta
- In a blender, add Egg 3 units;
- Add Milk 1/3 cup (80 mL);
- Add Oil 1/4 cup (60 mL);
- Add Lemon Juice ⅓ cup (80 mL);
- Add Sugar 1 cup (180g);
- Beat for 3 minutes;
- On low speed, open the lid and gradually add 1 1/2 cup (180g) all-purpose flour;
- Turn off the blender;
- Add zest of 1 lemon;
- Add Chemical yeast 2 teaspoons (10g);
- Mix with a spatula;
- Transfer to a greased and infarcted shape;
- Take to preheated oven at 200 degrees for approximately 40 minutes;
- Cover
- In a bowl, add 1 cup (140g) icing sugar;
- Add Lemon Juice 1 1/2 Tbsp (22 mL);
- Mix well;
- Add frosting over the cake;
- Add lemon zest;
- Your lemon cake is ready!
