1 drizzle of oil or olive oil
1/2 medium chopped onion
2 minced garlic cloves
1 sachet (340 grams) of ready-made tomato sauce
salt to taste
1 package (500 grams) of pasta
black pepper to taste
1 coffee spoon of sugar
water to cover
1 box of cream
1 package (50 grams) grated parmesan cheese
Directions
- In a pressure cooker over medium heat, add 1 drizzle of oil or olive oil;
- Add 1/2 chopped medium onion;
- Add 1 pinch of salt;
- Let the onion gold;
- Add 2 minced garlic cloves;
- Let it gold;
- Add 1 sachet (340 grams) of ready-made tomato sauce;
- Add 1 teaspoon of salt;
- Add 1 pinch of black pepper;
- Add 1 pinch of sugar;
- Mix well;
- Add 1 package (500 grams) of noodles;
- Add water to cover;
- Mix;
- Cover the pan and let it get pressure;
- When you get pressure, put the fire down and let it cook for 3 minutes;
- Turn off the fire, wait to lose pressure and open;
- Add 1 box of cream milk;
