Ingredients
2 cups of cooked rice
50ml of milk
2 eggs
1 cup of steamed broccoli
1/2 cup cheese
1/5 chopped onion
Parsley and chives to taste
4 full tablespoons of wheat flour
1/2 tablespoon baking powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- In a bowl, add 2 cups of cooked rice;
- Add 50ml of milk;
- Add 2 eggs;
- Add 1 cup of steamed broccoli;
- Add 1/2 cup cheese;
- Add 1/5 chopped onion;
- Add parsley and chives to taste;
- Add oregano;
- Add black pepper;
- Add salt to taste;
- Mix;
- Add 4 heaping tablespoons of all-purpose flour while mixing;
- Add 1/2 tablespoon baking powder;
- Mix well;
- Mold the dumplings;
- Fry in a pan with hot oil;
- Drain on paper towels;
- Your rice ball is ready!
