3 cups of milk (720ml)
1 cup oil (240ml) or ½ cup oil and ½ cup sardine oil
1 packet of grated cheese (50g)
1 teaspoon salt
3 cups unbleached all-purpose flour (420g)
1 teaspoon baking soup

4 cans of sardines without the oil
1 bell pepper cut into cubes
1/2 onion cut into cubes
1/2 can of corn
1/2 can of peas
2 tomatoes cut into cubes
2 tablespoon chopped coriander
Directions
- Filling
- In a bowl, add 4 cans of sardines without the oil;
- Knead them;
- Add 1 bell pepper cut into cubes;
- Add 1/2 diced onion;
- Add 1/2 can of corn;
- Add 1/2 can of peas;
- Add 2 diced tomatoes;
- Add 2 tablespoon chopped cilantro;
- Mix well;

- In a blender, add 3 eggs;
- Add 3 cups of milk (720ml);
- Add 1 cup oil (240ml) or ½ cup oil and ½ cup sardine oil;
- Add 1 pack of grated cheese (50g);
- Add 1 level teaspoon of salt;
- Beat a little;
- Add 3 cups of unbleached wheat flour (420g) little by little while beating;
- Add 1 tablespoon yeast;
- Beat more;
- Transfer half the dough to an oil-greased roast;
- Add the stuffing;
- Add the rest of the dough on top;
- Add grated cheese (optional);
