Ingredients
1/4 cup cornstarch (tea)
1 can of cream (200 grams)
300 ml of milk
500 grams of dulce de leche
Cooked plums to taste
Directions
- In a pan off the heat, put the dulce de leche, the cream and mix well.Â
Dilute the cornstarch in the milk and add to the pan. - Bring the pan to a boil and stir constantly for a few minutes until the mixture thickens and becomes creamy.
- Transfer the creamy mixture to a container and cover with plastic wrap in contact with the surface.Â
Book at room temperature and wait for the candy to cool down. - Add the cooked plums to taste (don’t add too much syrup), mix to mix and the dulce de leche filling with plums is ready to eat.
