In addition to being delicious, this iced coffee dessert is super easy to prepare!

Ingredients

  • 1 envelope of unflavored gelatin

  • 1 can or box of condensed milk

  • 2 tablespoons instant coffee

  • 2 cans of cream

  • 5 tablespoons cold water

Directions

  • Put the condensed milk, the milk creams and beat a little. 
    In a separate container mix the gelatin with the cold water and microwave for 15 seconds.
  • Add the soluble coffee to the dissolved gelatin, mix well and transfer to the blender with the other ingredients. 
    Distribute equally in bowls or a large refractory.
  • Leave the dessert in the fridge for at least 3 to 4 hours, or until it has a firm consistency.
  • Serve the iced coffee dessert right after removing it from the fridge so it doesn’t get hot.
