This Sardine in the Pressure Cooker will be perfect if you use the ingredients from the list below and follow the step-by-step preparation instructions.

Ingredients

  • 500g of sardines

  • ½ sachet of ready-made sauce (170g)

  • ½ medium onion

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or oil

  • 2 crushed garlic cloves

  • 1 and ½ teaspoon of salt

  • Water (400 ml)

  • Cilantro or parsley (to taste)

Directions

  • In a pressure cooker, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil or oil;
  • Add 500g of sardines;
  • Add 2 crushed garlic cloves;
  • Add cilantro or parsley (to taste);
  • Add 1 and ½ teaspoon salt;
  • Add ½ sachet of ready-made sauce (170g);
  • Add Water (400 ml);
  • Cover the pan and lead to the fire, as soon as you get pressure, leave it on medium heat for 10 minutes;
  • Your Sardine in the Pressure Cooker is ready!
