Corn on the cob 6 pcs
Water approximately 2 1/2 cups (600 mL)
Sugar 1 cup (180g)
Cinnamon powder to taste
Directions
- In a blender, add the corn;
- Add the water;
- Beat well;
- Sift into a pan (you can use the leftover residue that remains in the sieve to make corn cake);
- Take the pan to the fire and add sugar;
- Mix until boiling;
- Simmer for 5 minutes;
- Transfer the curau to a refractory;
- Take it to the fridge;
