150 ml whole milk
4 tablespoons unbleached all-purpose flour
150 grams of cooked and shredded chicken
1 large chopped tomato
150 grams of diced ham
Pitted olives to taste
1/2 can canned green corn
1/3 chopped bell pepper
1/2 grated carrot
100g cream cheese
1/2 chopped onion

Directions
- In a bowl, beat 6 eggs;
 - Add 150ml of whole milk;
 - Add 4 tablespoons of unleavened traditional wheat flour;
 - Add 150 grams of cooked and shredded chicken;
 - Add 1 large diced tomato;
 - Add 150 grams of diced ham;
 - Add pitted olives to taste;
 - Add 1/2 can of unsweetened green corn;
 - Add 1/3 chopped bell pepper;
 - Add 1/2 grated carrot;
 - Mix;
 - Add 100g of cream cheese;
 - Add 1/2 chopped onion;
 - Add smell-green;
 - Add 150 grams of chopped mozzarella;
 - Mix;
 - Add oregano;
 - Add black pepper;
 - Add salt to taste;
 - Mix;
 - Transfer to a greased refractory with butter;
