1 can of condensed milk
2 yolks
1 box of cream
395ml of milk
Directions
- In a pan on the fire, add 1 chopped medium pineapple;
- Add 1 cup sugar;
- Let caramelize and mix;
- In another pan on the fire, add 1 can of condensed milk;
- Add 2 yolks;
- Add 1 box of cream milk;
- Add 395ml of milk;
- Mix until thickened;
- In a mixer, add 3 egg whites;
- Beat until you form snow whites;
- Add 3 tablespoons of sugar;
- Beat to sigh point;
- On a platter, add the cream;
- Add caramelized pineapple;
- Add the sigh;
- Add pineapple chunks to garnish;
