Ingredients
- Dough
300g Maizena biscuits (crushed in a blender or food processor)
200g butter or margarine
- Filling
1 and a half tablespoon cornstarch
1 box or can of condensed milk (395g)
1 box of cream (200g)
3 sifted yolks
200 ml of milk
1 dessert spoon of vanilla essence
- Glitter jelly
2 teaspoons of potato starch (potato starch makes the coating glossier, but you can substitute cornstarch)
1 teacup of water
2 tablespoons strawberry gelatin
2 boxes of strawberries
Directions
- Dough
- In a bowl, add 300g of Maizena biscuits (crushed in a blender or food processor);
- Add 200g of butter or margarine;
- Mix well;
- Add the dough in a removable background shape;
- Distribute the mass and press the bottom and sides;
- Take to preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 10 minutes;
- Filling
- In a pan, add 1 tablespoon and a half (soup) of cornstarch;
- Add 1 box or can of condensed milk (395g);
- Add 1 box of cream (200g);
- Add 3 sifted yolks;
- Add 200ml of milk;
- Add 1 dessert spoon of vanilla essence;
- Mix well and turn on low fire;
- Cover
- Add 2 teaspoons of potato starch (potato starch makes the coating glossier, but you can replace it with cornstarch);
- Add 1 cup of water tea;
- Mix over low heat until transparent;
- Add 2 tablespoons strawberry gelatin;
- Mix well;
- Assembly
- Add the stuffing;
- Add the strawberries;
- Add glitter coverage;
- Refrigerate for at least 3 hours;
- Your strawberry pie is ready!
