1 cup of natural yogurt
3 eggs
1 cup of sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Directions
- In a bowl, mix the yogurt, eggs, sugar and vanilla essence until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a greased and floured mold.
- Place the mold in a pan of boiling water and cook in a bain-marie for about 1 hour or until the pudding is firm.
- Remove the mold from the pan and let it cool.
- Then refrigerate until completely hardened.
- Serve the pudding chilled, garnished with fresh fruit or whipped cream, if desired.
