150 ml of water
1 sachet of powdered vegetable stock
1 tablespoon cornstarch dissolved in water

2 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon sesame oil
300g. rump
Salt and black pepper to taste
1/2 onion
1 cup of broccoli and cauliflower tea
1/2 carrot
2 cups of chard or cabbage tea
1/2 tea cup of water
200g cooked yakisoba noodles
Chives to taste
Directions
- Sauce
- In a container, add 50 ml of soy sauce;
- Add 150 ml of water;
- Add 1 envelope of powdered vegetable broth;
- Add 1 tablespoon of cornstarch dissolved in water;
- Mix and book;
- Yaksoba
- In a hot skillet, add 2 tbsp olive oil;
- Add 1 tablespoon sesame oil;
- Add 300g. rump;
- Add salt and black pepper to taste;
- Let it gold;
- Add 1/2 onion;
- Add 1 cup of broccoli tea and cauliflower;
- Add 2 cups of chard or cabbage tea;
- Add 1/2 cup of water tea;
- Add sauce;
- Let it boil and thicken;
