2 cups of soy protein
340g of tomato sauce
200 ml of coconut milk
100g of sliced mushrooms
2 tablespoons of mustard
2 tablespoons ketchup
Onion to taste
Salt to taste
Directions
- Start by hydrating the soy protein in boiling water for 15 minutes (add soy sauce for more flavor, optional);
- Refo the onion;
- Sauté the soybeans with the tomato sauce for about 2 minutes;
- Add the rest of the ingredients and mix;
