Ingredients
1 can tuna in water, drained and shredded
1 cup cherry tomatoes
1/2 cup black olives
1/4 cup chopped red onion
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
2 tablespoons of olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Arugula or lettuce leaves to serve
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded tuna, tomatoes, olives, red onion and lemon juice.
- Season with olive oil, salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve over arugula or lettuce leaves.
Notes
- Tip: You can also add other ingredients like cucumber, shredded carrots, fresh herbs or feta cheese to add more flavor and texture to the salad.
