Ingredients
3 whole eggs
150 grams of shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 box of cream
1 pinch of salt
2 cans of grated tuna
1 chopped seedless tomato
1 small chopped onion
1 pinch of salt
Green smell to taste
Oregano to taste
Directions
- For the filling, place the tuna, the chopped onion, the chopped tomato, the salt, the oregano and the chopped green smell in a bowl.
Mix well and book. - In a blender add the eggs, the chopped mozzarella, the salt, the cream and beat for 3 minutes.
Add the baking powder and beat for 20 seconds. - Put half the dough in a refractory and spread it with a spoon.
Add the stuffing and spread well.
Add the rest of the dough, smooth the surface and sprinkle oregano on top. - Take the pie to the preheated oven at 180º₢ to bake for approximately 35 minutes, or until golden on the outside.
- Carefully remove the pie from the oven and let it cool down a bit before serving.
Cut into pieces the size you prefer and the tuna flourless pie is ready.
