Everyone will love this tuna flourless pie!

Ingredients

  • 3 whole eggs

  • 150 grams of shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

  • 1 box of cream

  • 1 pinch of salt

  • 2 cans of grated tuna

  • 1 chopped seedless tomato

  • 1 small chopped onion

  • 1 pinch of salt

  • Green smell to taste

  • Oregano to taste

Directions

  • For the filling, place the tuna, the chopped onion, the chopped tomato, the salt, the oregano and the chopped green smell in a bowl. 
    Mix well and book.
  • In a blender add the eggs, the chopped mozzarella, the salt, the cream and beat for 3 minutes. 
    Add the baking powder and beat for 20 seconds.
  • Put half the dough in a refractory and spread it with a spoon. 
    Add the stuffing and spread well. 
    Add the rest of the dough, smooth the surface and sprinkle oregano on top.
  • Take the pie to the preheated oven at 180º₢ to bake for approximately 35 minutes, or until golden on the outside.
  • Carefully remove the pie from the oven and let it cool down a bit before serving. 
    Cut into pieces the size you prefer and the tuna flourless pie is ready.
