Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked and drained pinto beans 
- 200g diced bacon 
- 200g sliced ​​calabrese sausage 
- 1 medium chopped onion 
- 3 minced garlic cloves 
- 2 eggs 
- 2 cups of cassava flour 
- salt to taste 
- Chilled greens to taste 
Directions
- In a large pan, fry the bacon until crispy. 
 Remove the bacon from the pan, leaving the fat.
- In the same pan, add the pepperoni sausage and fry until golden.
- Remove the sausage from the pan and set aside with the bacon.
- In the fat left in the pan, sauté the onion and garlic until golden.
- Add the cooked beans to the pan and mix well with the sauteed onion and garlic.
- Let it cook for a few minutes over low heat.
- In a separate skillet, fry the eggs and set aside.
- Add the cassava flour to the cooked beans in the pan and mix well, incorporating all the ingredients. 
 Let it cook for a few more minutes.
- Remove the pan from the heat and add the bacon, pepperoni sausage and fried eggs.
- Mix everything carefully.
- Season with salt to taste and add chopped parsley. 
 Stir again to incorporate the seasonings.
