2 cups cooked and drained pinto beans
200g diced bacon
200g sliced ​​calabrese sausage
1 medium chopped onion
3 minced garlic cloves
2 eggs
2 cups of cassava flour
salt to taste

Directions
- In a large pan, fry the bacon until crispy.Â
Remove the bacon from the pan, leaving the fat. - In the same pan, add the pepperoni sausage and fry until golden.
- Remove the sausage from the pan and set aside with the bacon.
- In the fat left in the pan, sauté the onion and garlic until golden.
- Add the cooked beans to the pan and mix well with the sauteed onion and garlic.
- Let it cook for a few minutes over low heat.
- In a separate skillet, fry the eggs and set aside.
