Ingredients
1 can corn (drained)
3 eggs
1 cup wheat flour
1 cup of sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 tablespoon powdered yeast
A bit of salt
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease a cake tin with butter or oil.
- Put the drained corn in the blender and beat until you get a creamy mixture.
- Add the eggs, sugar and oil to the blender with the corn and beat again until you get a homogeneous mixture.
- In a separate bowl, mix the wheat flour, baking powder and salt.
- Pour the liquid mixture from the blender into the bowl with the flour and mix well until all ingredients are incorporated.
- Pour the dough into the greased cake tin and place in the preheated oven.
- Bake the cake for approximately 30-40 minutes, or until golden brown and a skewer inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean.
- Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool before unmolding.
