Despite its significant growth, WIF still has a long way to go compared to the most prominent memecoins such as Dogecoin (DOGE) and Shiba Inu (SHIB), with a market value of $30.8 billion and $18.1 billion respectively.

2. Bitcoin Cash (BCH)

Bitcoin Cash (BCH), which comes from a fork from Bitcoin (BTC) in 2017, is impressing with its strong performance this week.

The increasing interest from investors is noticeable as the BCH ‘halving’ approaches, a key moment when the reward for mining is halved.

This event, which historically positively affects the value of cryptocurrencies, has led to a significant price increase: BCH saw a 10% increase in just 24 hours and reached a growth of 56% over the week.

This advance has pushed Bitcoin Cash’s price above $600, a level not reached since November 2021.

3. Mantle (MNT)

Finally, we discuss Mantle (MNT), a layer-2 protocol built on the Ethereum (ETH) network. Since its launch in July 2023, this relatively new altcoin has experienced significant growth. Last week, Mantle reached a new high with a record price of $1.24, representing an impressive increase of approximately 50% in value.
