Tapioca couscous is a light and refreshing dish, with a sweet flavor and a soft texture. 
It’s a great option for those who want to cool off on a hot day or for those looking for a simple and tasty dessert.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of tapioca flour

  • 1 liter of milk

  • 1 cup (tea) sugar

  • 1/2 cup (tea) grated coconut

Directions

  • In a large bowl, mix the tapioca flour, milk and sugar.
  • Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens.
  • Remove from heat and add the grated coconut.
  • Pour into a refractory and let it cool.
