Ingredients
1 kg pork loin cut into small cubes
2 tablespoons of olive oil
2 teaspoons cumin powder
2 teaspoons coriander powder
1 teaspoon ground pepper powder
1 teaspoon powdered cloves
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
1 teaspoon paprika
Juice of 2 lemons
8 corn tortillas
Directions
- In a bowl, mix the pork cubes with olive oil, cumin, coriander, black pepper, cloves, cinnamon and paprika.
- Add lemon juice and mix well.
Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes. - Heat a frying pan and add the marinated pork cubes.
- Cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Warm the corn tortillas.
- Wrap the cooked pork in tortillas and serve with onions, cilantro and parsley to taste.
