Ingredients
500g sweet cassava starch
1 cup (tea) of sugar
3 eggs
1 teaspoon baking powder
Directions
- In a large bowl, mix the sweet cassava starch and sugar.
- Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Finally, add the baking powder and mix until incorporated.
- Shape the dough into cookies of the desired size.
- Place the cookies on a greased and floured baking sheet.
- Bake in a preheated medium oven (180°C) for about 20 minutes, or until golden.
- Remove from the oven and let cool before serving.
Notes
- For crispier cookies, bake them longer.
For softer cookies, bake them for less time.
You can add other ingredients to the dough, such as shredded coconut, Parmesan cheese, or dried fruit.
