Ingredients

  • 500g sweet potato

  • 1/2 cup (tea) milk

  • 1 tablespoon of butter

  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon grated nutmeg

Directions

  • Wash the sweet potatoes and peel them.
  • Cut the potatoes into cubes and place them in a pan with enough water to cover them.
  • Season with salt and cook over medium heat until the potatoes are soft, about 20 minutes.
  • Drain the potatoes and pass them while still hot through a juicer or masher.
  • Return the mashed potatoes to the pan and add the milk, butter, nutmeg and salt.
  • Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until the puree is creamy.
