Milk 1 cup (240 mL)
Oil 1/2 cup (120 mL)
Sugar 1 and 1/2 cups (270g)
Cornmeal 1 and 1/2 cups (180g)
All-purpose flour 3/4 cup (90g)
Chemical yeast 1 tablespoon (15g)

Water 1/2 cup (120 mL)
Directions
- In a blender, add Eggs 5 units;
- Add Milk 1 cup (240 mL);
- Add Oil 1/2 cup (120 mL);
- Add Sugar 1 1/2 cup (270g);
- Beat well;
- Add 1 1/2 cup (180g) cornmeal while beating;
- Add 3/4 cup (90g) all-purpose flour while beating;
- Turn off the blender;
- Add Chemical yeast 1 tablespoon (15g);
- Mix;
- Transfer the mixture to a greased and infarcted shape with cornmeal;
- Pass pieces of guava in wheat flour and add;
- Take to preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 45 minutes;
- In a pan, add chopped Guava 200g;
- Add water little by little, until the point is reached;
- Add the syrup over the cold cake;
