It’s very easy and quick to make this super creamy and tasty avocado dessert!
Ingredients
1 large avocado
1 lemon
18 grams of colorless hydrated gelatin
400 grams of sour cream
595 grams condensed milk
Directions
- Chop the peeled avocado and set aside.
In the blender beat the condensed milk with the cream and lemon juice until the mixture is smooth. - Add the chopped avocado and beat again to homogenize the cream.
Prepare the gelatin following the instructions, add to the mixture and beat for another 1 minute. - Pour the mixture into an oiled mold, pour the mixture into it and leave it in the fridge for at least 3 hours.
Unmold and the avocado dessert is ready.
