Super Creamy Avocado Dessert

It’s very easy and quick to make this super creamy and tasty avocado dessert!

Ingredients

  • 1 large avocado

  • 1 lemon

  • 18 grams of colorless hydrated gelatin

  • 400 grams of sour cream

  • 595 grams condensed milk

Directions

  • Chop the peeled avocado and set aside. 
    In the blender beat the condensed milk with the cream and lemon juice until the mixture is smooth.
  • Add the chopped avocado and beat again to homogenize the cream. 
    Prepare the gelatin following the instructions, add to the mixture and beat for another 1 minute.
  • Pour the mixture into an oiled mold, pour the mixture into it and leave it in the fridge for at least 3 hours. 
    Unmold and the avocado dessert is ready.
