Better than the practicality of this stuffed biscuit cake, just its flavor!

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs

  • 1 cup wheat flour (sifted)

  • 1 tablespoon chemical baking powder

  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence

  • 1/2 cup (tea) of sugar

  • 300 grams of stuffed biscuit

  • 240 ml of milk

  • 100 ml of oil

Directions

  • In the blender add the cookies, eggs, oil, milk and beat very well.
  • Transfer the contents to a bowl and place the sifted wheat flour, sugar, vanilla essence and yeast.
  • Stir well until you get a smooth and uniform mass, then pour it into a greased mold.
  • Bake the cake for about 35 to 40 minutes in a preheated oven at 200º₢.
  • After removing the stuffed biscuit cake from the oven, wait to cool, unmold and it is ready to serve.
