To make this Strawberry Mousse that is delicious, use the ingredients below and follow the instructions in the preparation method.

Ingredients

  • 1 box of strawberries (approximately 250g)

  • 1 can of condensed milk

  • 1 can of cream

  • 1 lemon juice

  • 1 envelope of unflavored gelatin

  • 1/2 cup of water

  • Fresh strawberries for garnish (optional)

Directions

  • Wash the strawberries and remove the stems.
  • Reserve a few whole strawberries for decoration.
  • Put the strawberries in the blender and blend until you get a puree.
  • Dissolve the envelope of unflavored gelatin in warm water, following the package instructions.
  • Reserve.
  • In a large bowl, mix the strawberry puree, condensed milk and lemon juice.
  • Add the dissolved gelatin to the mixture and stir well to incorporate.
  • Lastly, add the cream and mix gently until you get a homogeneous mixture.
  • Pour the mousse into individual bowls or a large platter.
  • Refrigerate for approximately 4 hours, or until the mousse is firm.
  • Garnish with fresh strawberries before serving, if desired.
  • Serve chilled and enjoy the delicious strawberry mousse!
